| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场改革的深入，不少国人处理非法资本的手段开始有了进一步发展，洗钱活动呈现出许多新的特点，致使国內资金不断外逃，并对社会金融管理秩序造成极大危害。分析现阶段我国洗钱活动的现状和危害，探讨打击和防范洗钱犯罪的有关策略。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of China' s market reform, some people find more means to handle their assets obtained illegally. Money laundering activities have presented many new characteristics, have caused a lot of domestic funds to flee outside, and have greatly damaged the social financial administration order. This paper analyses the current situation and harm of China' s money laundering activities, explores into some countermeasures to fight against and guard against money laundering crimes. |
