| 摘 要： | “扬州繁华以盐盛” ,古代扬州的繁荣与两淮盐业有着不可分割的联系 ,元朝也不例外。虽然元代经济发展的总体水平不高 ,但是扬州作为两淮盐业的行政和转运中心却再度呈现繁荣。探讨元代两淮盐业与扬州繁荣的关系有助于我们全面认识扬州城市与经济发展史。
