| Abstract: | This paper is the main points of a speech on labor value delivered by the author in a seminar. The author believes that manpower capital is the value|embodied manpower resource. All laborers possess manpower capital, and talents are those who have an advantage in manpower capital. The contract relation between property in manpower capital and that in material capital is the axis of modern labor relations. Therefore, to strengthen the investment on manpower capital is a basic way to safeguard the rights and interests of laborers and to upgrade their standing. |
