论哲学教学与创新精神的培养

摘    要:将马克思主义哲学与大学生创新精神的培养落到实处 ,需解决四个问题 :正确看待哲学的意识形态功能 ,强化哲学的世界观、方法论功能 ;既要重视客观辩证法与主观辩证法的教学 ,又要强化实践辩证法的研究和探索 ;既要把握一般教学规律 ,更要探索哲学教学的创造性特殊规律 ;适当改变哲学教师的知识结构 ,使之适应新世纪创新人才的培养。

Abstract:To realize university students' cultivation of creativity with the guidance of Marxist philosophy, it is imperative to successfully deal with following issues: correctly comprehend the function of philosophy as ideology, strengthen its function as an outlook on world and methodology; not only lay stress on the teaching of objective and subjective dialectics, but also strengthen the research and exploration of practical dialectics; grasp general teaching rules, more importantly, explore special creative teaching rules in philosophy teaching; properly change philosophy teachers knowledge structure to suit the cultivation of creative personnel in the new century.
