摘    要:企业的并购整合会给企业员工带来压力、紧张、不确定感和不安全感等心理震动,并带来员工角色的不确定、信任度下降、自我保护等心理变化,从而可能导致员工和组织的绩效下降。为了提升企业并购整合的效果,企业必须重视整合期间员工的心理干预,采取有针对性的管理策略。
