西北民族地区城市发展研究

本文通过对西北民族地区城市发展的进程、动力、现状及制约条件的全面分析 ,认为西北民族地区城市的发展应采取“一个中心 ,两个重点”的战略 ,建设生态城和文化城 ,完善城镇体系的等级规模 ,建立城乡经济融合的中介层次 ,充分发挥城镇体系的综合功能 ,带动民族地区经济起飞。

On the Strategy of the Development of the Cities in Northwest Minorities Areas

By the analysis of the developmental process, drive, status quo and the restrictive conditions, the article proposes the strategy of the"one centre, two focal points", that is, constructing the ecological and cultural cities, building the cities on the different scale for the perfection of the township system, forming the transit from towns to villages, the purpose of the strategy is to fulfill the function of the township system and to develop the economy in the minorities areas.
