新生代农民工人际信任的影响机制——基于昆山市的调查

基于江苏省昆山市新生代农民工人际信任水平的调查,考察关系变量及制度变量对人际信任水平的影响。结果发现,当前新生代农民工人际信任既受关系变量的显著影响,又受制度变量的显著影响,且制度变量强于关系变量的影响作用。这表明,增加农民工的人际信任,既要关注农民工关系网,更要关注劳动力市场的制度与规范建设。

Influences on the New Generation of Migrant Workers' Interpersonal Trust: Based on the Survey in Kunshan

On the bases of the survey on interpersonal trust of the New Generation Migrants in Kunshan city, Jiangsu, the effects of relational and institutional variables on the population＇s interpersonal trust are studied. The results show that at present the new generation of migrants interpersonal trust is remarkably influenced not only by Relationship variables but also by institutional variables, with the institutional variables being stronger. It sug- gests that we should not only pay attention to the migrant＇s relationship network, but also pay more attention to the laws and the norms of labor market.
