| 摘 要： | 流浪儿童福利是我国儿童福利体系的重要内容。通过对1980—2013年相关流浪儿童文献的回顾,可以发现我国流浪儿童福利发展分为萌芽、初步发展和快速发展三个阶段,并呈现由慢到快、由低层次到高层次的特点。国家经济、政治、社会、文化综合实力的提升,为流浪儿童福利持续发展提供了强劲动力。随着儿童福利时代的到来,流浪儿童福利也将迎来新的发展机遇期。

China's Welfare for Street Children and Its Dynamic Factors |

| Abstract: | The care for street children is one important component of the children welfare system in China. Thepaper reviewed the corresponding literature from 1980 to 2013, finding that the development of the street children welfare in our country experienced three critical stages： sprout, initial developing, and rapid development. Thegeneral survey of its 30 - year history shows the characteristics of the development： from slow to fast, and from u-nitary to multi - level. The advancement of the nation economy, politics, society and culture has acceleratedthe development, which is stepping into a new stage along with the coming of the era of children welfare. |
