油菜素内酯对黄瓜幼苗抗盐性的影响

摘    要:为研究油菜素内酯对黄瓜幼苗抗盐性的影响,采用叶面喷施油菜素内酯的方法,比较分析了盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的部分生理指标.结果表明,油菜素内酯可以显著改善盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的生长情况,提高植株内可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量;不同浓度的油菜素内酯处理有不同的抗盐效果,其中以0.2 mg/L的油菜素内酯抗盐效果最理想.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of brassinosteroid on the salt resistance of cucumber seedlings,the method of foliar application of brassinosteroids was used,and some physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings under salt stress were comparatively analyzed. The results show that brassinosteroid could significantly improve the growth of cucumber seedlings under salt stress,and improved the content of soluble sugar and proline. In conclusion,different concentrations of brassinosteroid treatment had different effects on the salt resistance of cucumber seedlings,in which the concentration of brassinosteroid of 0. 2 mg /L was the most ideal.
