旅游旺季三亚河水体中有机物含量的分析

摘    要:三亚旅游业的迅速发展给三亚河水体环境带来一定的负面影响,为了解三亚河在三亚市内河段水体中有机物的含量及其影响因素,在整个市内流段自入市到入海口依次设置5个采样位置,于2013年11月至2014年3月期间测定了水体中的透明度、生物化学需氧量(BOD5)、高锰酸钾指数和悬浮物含量(SS).研究发现三亚河水体中悬浮物含量和高锰酸钾指数在1月份和2月份达到最高值,而水体中BOD5则随时间逐渐增大.同时三亚河中游水体的透明度显著低于上游和下游(P<0.05),悬浮物含量也低于上游和下游(P>0.05).三亚河中游水体中BOD5显著高于上游和下游(P<0.05),而高锰酸钾指数从上游到下游逐渐降低(P>0.05).这些研究结果说明三亚河水体中有机物含量受旅游月份影响(特别是1月和2月)及其沿岸分布的红树林的影响.

Abstract:Tourism developed quickly in Sanya city recently,which brought negative effects on aquatic ecosystem of Sanya River. Five sample-sites were set in Sanya River within Sanya city from upper to down reaches.Some water quality parameters of water sample,including transparency,Biochemical oxygen demand( BOD5),permanganate indices and suspended solids content( SS),were measured to assess organic matter content in water of Sanya River from November,2013 to March,2014. There were high concentrations for suspended solids contents and permanganate indices in water of Sanya River in January and February. Concentrations of BOD5 in water increased gradually from November to March of next year. The water transparency in middle reaches of Sanya River was lower than that of upper and down reaches significantly( P〈 0. 05),and so SS did( P〉 0. 05). In addition,concentration of BOD5 was higher in middle reaches of Sanya River than that of upper reaches and down reaches significantly( P 〈0. 05),However,permanganate indices in water of Sanya River decreased gradually from upper to down reaches( P 〉0. 05). These results suggested that there were high organic matters contents in water of Sanya River in January and February,which are peak periods for tourism in Sanya. Moreover,there were high organic matters contents in water in middle reaches of Sanya River because of mangroves along the coasts of Sanya River. These results indicated that the organic matters contents in water of Sanya River were affected strongly by tourism seasonality and the distribution of coastal mangrove.
