农村留守儿童学习成绩对其父母回流决策的影响

本文以陕西为例,运用计量经济模型对留守儿童学习成绩变化对其父母回流决策的影响进行分析,结果表明:留守儿童学习成绩持续下降会显著影响父亲回流,但对母亲的影响并不显著;除此之外,家庭孩子数量、耕地面积及父母个人特征也是影响父母回流决策的主要因素。为此,积极发展地方经济、开放城镇优质教育资源、在农村开办更多的住读学校或学生托管机构从而为外出农民解除后顾之忧,是解决农村留守儿童教育问题与其父母外出矛盾的有效手段。

The Impact of the Stay-at-home Children's Achievement on Their Parents' Returning Decision
