PPP发展的政策推行及其模式探析

随着近年来的大力推广和逐步规范，政府与社会资本合作得到了很大的发展，在提供公共产品和公共服务的供给方面起到了很大的作用。对政府与社会资本合作发展的运作模式作简要分析，论述了我国目前主要的政府法规，以及相关投融资具体模式，结合政府与社会资本合作项目发展的典型案例，分析其成功或者失败的主要原因，为PPP模式更好地发挥其在经济发展中的作用，提供经验参考。
