弘扬劳模精神 引领青年发展

劳模精神是社会主义核心价值观的最生动诠释，是全社会最可宝贵的精神财富，对于广大青年具有重要的榜样示范引领作用。当前，劳模精神的传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力有所弱化，劳模精神引领激励青年成长发展状况不容乐观。在诠释劳模精神的崭新意蕴和当代价值的基础上，归纳总结影响劳模精神引领新时代青年发展的四大制约因素，并有针对性地提出弘扬劳模精神引领青年成长发展的对策建议。

Carrying Forward the Model Workers Spirit and Leading the Development of Youth

The spirit of model workers is the most vivid interpretation of the socialist core values, the most valuable spiritual wealth of the whole society, and plays an important role as an example for young people. At present, the dissemination, guidance, influence and credibility of the spirit of model workers are weakened, and the development of the spirit of model workers is not optimistic. On the basis of interpreting the brand-new meaning and contemporary value of the spirit of model workers, this paper summarizes the four constraints that affect the spirit of model workers to lead the development of youth in the new era, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the spirit of model workers to lead the growth and development of youth.
