| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠因其消极的影响已引起社会各领域的广泛重视。教师更是职业倦怠的高发人群。从高校教师的职业倦怠的表现入手，进而分析高校教师职业倦怠心理的成因，并对如何预防和缓解这一现象的出现提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Job burnout has been widely paid attention in various fields of society because of its negative effects. Teacher are high-risk population of job burnout. This paper annlyzes psychological causes of college teacher job burnout through their behaviors,and pre-sents corresponding strategies to prevent and mitigate the occurrence of this phenomenon. |
