高水平特色大学的建设策略

结合华北水利水电学院办学实际,借鉴国外特色大学建设的实践经验,论述了特色大学建设的特征,探讨了特色大学建设的内容,提出了高水平特色大学在办学理念、科技创新、人才培养和学科建设的策略。一流大学不一定学科齐全、规模庞大,综合大学与学术水平、办学质量并无必然的关联。高水平大学最主要的是要实现特色学科专业的优化配置,并在综合化的基础上实现特色发展。

Strategy on the Construction of High-level University with Distinctive Characteristics

The characterization and construction of high-level universities with distinctive characteristics were analyzed in combination with the examples of world famous high-level characteristic universities and practice in North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power.The author puts forward the suggestions on the school-running idea,scientific and technological innovation,the coordinated development of talent training and discipline construction.In fact,a first-class university is not necessarily one with full range of academic subjects and large-scale.Academic level and school quality of one university are not necessarily associated.If a university wants to become a high level one,the most important for it is to achieve optimal allocation of academic subjects and implement development characteristics on the basis of the integration.
