A Image in the Mirror--A New Approaeh to Reading and Interpreting Kundera's Novel World

In almost all the novels of Milan Kundera, "Mirror" is frequently used as an important image helping to display the characters and arrange the context. By "mirror", we have a clear idea of a good variety of characters in his nov-el and their relationship with the outside world as well. This article is supposed to reanalyze Kundera's novels by adopting the mirror image theory established by Jacqus Lacan, especially focusing on the characters and their tragic destiny. This article may open a new way to better understanding of Kundera's world in his novels.
