| 摘 要： | 文章在对浙江省民营科技型中小企业的产业及规模发展的基本特征进行分析的基础上,对实施企业股权激励机制的理论基础与模式选择问题进行探讨,认为以员工持股为主体的股权激励将是浙江省科技企业目前及未来5～10年内的一种主要的长期激励模式。

| Abstract: | The paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of scope and industrial development of the technology civil-run corporations of Zhejiang, explores the theoretical foundation and the pattern of incentive stock options carried out in these corporations . The paper thinks that the incentive pattern of stock options with the staff as the main body will be an effective long - term incentive pattern at least for the next 5 - 10 years. |
