民营企业内部结构若干问题探析——以技术、智力、人才为侧重

伴随民营经济的发展,对民营企业的学术研究也需要深化;既需要关注经济因素,也需要关注非经济因素。就目前学术界研究状况而言,侧重点应放在对企业自身、企业内部的研究方面。深入研究民营企业发展问题,着力点应集中在研究民营企业内部的技术、智力、人才结构等层面。民营企业内部结构关涉诸多层面,技术、智力、人才结构也不可能是企业内部结构的全部内容,但这三重结构却与民营企业内部诸多结构中的核心内容。

An Analysis of Several Question of Inside Structure of Private Enterprise——Taking Technology, Intelligence and Talents as the emphasis

With the development of private economy,the academic research to the private enterprise needs deepening too.Not only need pay close attention to the economic factor,but also need pay close attention to the non-economic factor. According to the research state of academia at present,the emphasis should be put in the research in enterprise's inside.Further investigating the development problem of private enterprise,the impetus should be put onto studying this aspects,such as technology,intelligence,talents.The inside structure of enterprise concerns a great deal of aspects,technology,intelligence and talents are not all contents of the s inside structure of enterprises either,but this treble structure have integral relations with a great deal of structures the private enterprise inside.
