摘    要:增加现场总线实验,可用Profibus总线对现有实验教学设备进行改进,主站采用西门子PLC S7 315-2DP组成,从站采用PIO-AI20模拟量信号采集器、CP-PB-1.0通讯控制器、4路模拟量输出模块和16点数字量输出模块。为了不影响原设备单独工作的使用功能,在设计时采取继电器隔断措施。控制系统经过现场测试,结果表明两套系统均可以单独工作且运行平稳,说明这种改进方法是可行而有效的。

Abstract:To increase the fieldbus experiments,a distributed control system was designed based on Profibus to improve the current experimental teaching system,which included Siemens PLC S7 315-2DP(main station),PIO-AI20 analog signal collector(slave station),CP-PB-1.0 Communications Controller,4-channel analog output module and 16-channel digital output module.In order not to affect the function of the original equipments,the relays were used to fulfil electrical isolation.The field test shows that the original and new systems can work single-handedly and keep stable,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improving method.
