| 摘 要： | 本文通过对汉朝中央政府行政部门宗正寺的组织学分析 ,指出汉九寺行政体系各部门职能交叉 ,存在着组织目标不明确 ,不按行政实务设官的问题。宗正寺职掌皇室亲属 ,是皇家私人事务 ,本不该列为国家行政机关 ,其家国不分、宫府不分的特征 ,反映了两汉政府家产制官僚体制的性质 ,九寺行政系统存在组织缺陷

| Abstract: | By analyzing the histology of central administrative department-Zongzhengsi, the author points out that the function of different departments of the Han Dynasty administrative system overlapped. As a result, there were problems that the objective of the organization was not clear and definite, and that officials were not appointed by actual administrative tasks. |
