西安市经济增长的全要素生产率实证研究

采用索洛经济增长模型,使用丁伯根技术进步定量评价方法,探讨全要素生产率对西安经济增长的推动作用及其主要影响因素。结果显示,对外开放、各级学校在校学生数占全市人口比例和非国有工业产值占全部工业总产值的比重等因素对西安市的全要素生产率具有重要促进作用。应着眼于全方位提升人力资本的水平,扩大对外开放,改变科技资金投入的来源,优化要素的配置结构,提升资源的配置效率,从而使经济能够取得持续稳定的增长。

An Empirical Research on Total Factor Productivity and Economic Growth of Xi'an

In recent years,the economy of Xi＇an is growing rapidly,which has good typicality and representativeness.Adopting Solow economic growth model and annual data from 1985 to 2008,discussing the core factors for economic growth and their rate of contribution,then analyzing the function mechanism of every economic variable.The results indicate that the factor of opening up,percentage of students to population of the whole city and proportion of non-state owned industry output to total industry production have the most significant promoting effect to total factor productivity of Xi＇an.The governor of Xi＇an should enhance the level of human capital;consummate system of property right and ownership;enhance further opening to the outside world;alter the source of technology capital input;optimize the configuration structures of factors and upgrade the allocation efficiency of resources.
