| 摘 要： | 中国和印度占世界人口总数约40%,同为发展中国家,中国和印度流浪儿童数量都很庞大。本文通过分析中国和印度两个国家的流浪儿童基本情况、政府救助、非政府救助等情况,借鉴印度的一些救助措施、救助理念,推动我国的流浪儿童救助工作发展。
