| Abstract: | The investigation discovered that there exist problems in the Implementation process of the rural minimum-social security system in Chinese middle areas:The standard seriously low, difficult to define the household income, the coverage to be excessively narrow, the management by supervision mechanism to be imperfect and so on.And put forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal. |
