团体心理咨询对贫困研究生心理的支持作用

多项研究结果证明贫困研究生除了经济压力之外,承受着比其他研究生更大的身心压力,心理问题发生率明显较高。在帮助贫困研究生解决经济压力的同时,如何帮助贫困研究生减轻和解除心理困扰,提高他们的心理健康水平已经成为当今教育者们不能忽视重要问题。本研究采用团体心理咨询活动对30名在校贫困研究生进行了为期8周的心理干预,通过对团体活动前后被试SCL-90测量结果的对比显示:团体心理咨询能够有效提高被试贫困研究生的心理健康水平,特别是躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性等因子有显著改善。
