“标准化病人”在社会工作实训教学中应用的可行性研究

因教育规模扩大与实践资源有限之间的矛盾,社会工作实训教学面临实践教学资源短缺的问题。基于对标准化病人存在的理论基础、产生的时代背景、应用目的之研究,可以发现引进标准化病人技术有利于缓解此问题。但由于应用的场域发生变化,表现为生存的土壤、坚持的价值原则、考核的目的以及治疗的技术偏好等存在差异,因此标准化病人在概念上改造为标准化案主后,还需在相应的多个方面进行探索才能更好地应用于社会工作领域。
