论我国社会转型期的和谐心理建设

我国正处于社会的转型期,在这一阶段,各种社会矛盾大量出现。群体事件,执法者与民众的情绪对立的情况越来越普遍。要解决这些矛盾,除了加强法制建设和加强社会保障体系的建设之外。也应该加强心理疏导工作与和谐心理建设,预防和化解各种矛盾。在我国目前的社会历史时期,培养人们的生命意识,强化管理者的自我心理调节能力,加强社会的心理疏导工作,为社会成员提供适当的不良情绪发泄的途径有着十分重要的意义。
