社区矫正中社会工作理论与方法的运用

社区矫正成为二战之后世界各国一种新的刑罚执行方式。社区矫正的双重性质决定了其与监禁刑在效果和功能方面有很大的不同。新世纪,我国社区矫正试点工作正式启动,但作为一种刑罚观念和刑罚制度的"社区矫正"始终没有在我国发育成熟。社区刑罚适用范围、适用比例以及社区刑罚的执行都存在不足,社区矫正措施并没有发挥其应有作用。针对此类问题,笔者认为运用社会工作的观念、理论和方法对矫正对象进行适度干预,采用社会工作价值观念和专业方法实施社区矫正可能是完善我国社区矫正制度的重要举措。
