| 摘 要： | 当前存在于我国政府部门中的行政垄断严重破坏了我国公平自由的竞争环境 ,损害了消费者的权益和广大群众的公共利益 ,引起社会各界极大不满。本文通过列举近期南京地区几个颇具影响的案例 ,详细分析了这几个事例背后的共同原因——行政垄断。

| Abstract: | Administrative monopoly universally existing in our government departments proves a serious hindrance to the development of free competition and impairs seriously the consumer’s rights and public interests.Its negative effects have given rise to all circles’ dissatisfaction. This essay analyzes the negative effects and causes of the administrative monopoly,on the basis of discussing three typical cases that happened in Nanjing,particularly the issue of the IC card incident in Nanjing pulic transit.The essay suggests two countermeasures to check the administrative monopoly. |
