基于因子分析法的MBA课堂教学目标凝炼研究

摘    要:针对MBA课堂教学目标泛化的现象,通过对MBA学员和教师的调研萃取,将MBA课堂教学目标初步凝炼为专业知识、决策能力等11个要素。在此基础上,使用因子分析法将上述要素进一步凝炼为系统思维能力和实践思维能力。MBA课堂教学目标的凝炼将改变教学过程,使MBA课堂教学从“理论/技能”层面提升至“思维模式完善”层面。

Abstract:As the current MBA teaching goal is obscure, this paper summarizes the teaching goal as 11 elements, such as knowledge, decision-making and so on, based on the investigation among MBA students and teachers. Then the goal is further summarized as the abilities of systematical thought and practical thought by using factor analysis method. It will change the MBA teaching process and make the teaching level up from the theory/skill level to the thought level.
