影响新疆引进FDI因素的实证检验

加快引进外商直接投资(FDI)是实现新疆跨越式发展的不可忽视的因素。文章选取了9个指标，对新疆FDI引进的影响因素进行了实证分析。结论是：新疆经济发展水平、工业化程度的提高和企业事业单位技术人员数量的提高增大了当地FDI的引进规模；基础设施完善程度和经济开放程度两个因素可能因为指标选取的不利未能体现出对引进FDI的促进作用。而人力资源成本的提高却是新疆吸引FDI的不利因素。

An Empirical Test on the Factors Affecting the Introduction of FDI to Xinjiang

It cannot be ignored to achieve a leapfrog development in Xinjiang by accelerating the introduc- tion of foreign direct investment （FDI） . nine indicators were selected in this article, to conduct an empirical analysis of Xinjiang factors affecting FDI. The conclusion shows that Xinjiang＇s economic development level, a higher level of industrialization and the number of enterprises and institutions and technical personnel sub- stantially improve the introduction of FDI increased local scale. In addition, the two factors, infrastructure sophistication and economic openness, may not reflect the role in promoting the introduction of FDI because of the ineffectiveness of the indicators. But the rising cost of human resources in Xinjiang is unfavorable factors in attracting FDI.
