摘    要:江南大学确立教学、科研与工程并重的教学理念,打造国家级一流师资队伍,建设优质教学资源,创新实践教学模式,优化育人环境,改革教学管理机制,系统开展了培养研究型工程创新人才培养体系的研究与实践,事实证明这一体系的构建提高了学生工程创新能力,为推动我国食品发酵科学研究与产业蓬勃发展做出了巨大贡献。

Abstract:Adhering to the equality of teaching with scientific research and engineering, Jiangnan University lauched a training system for research-oriented innovative engineers by cultivating a first-class teaching faculty in China, establishing high-quality teaching resources and a teaching module by innovating practices and reforming teaching administration mechanism. The construction of such a system is proved effective in enhancing the engineering innovation of the students and in the rapid development of the scientific research of the food fermentation industry in China.
