新疆南疆贫困地区少数民族医患关系调查与分析

新疆南疆少数民族贫困地区，因其特有的社会经济、文化背景、历史传统和民族特色，形成了特殊的医患关系。研究采取问卷调查法，对乌鲁木齐某三甲医院进行调查，结果显示：1.有些汉族医生较缺乏对少数民族患者语言文化、传统习俗、宗教信仰的全面了解。2.医患两者之间较缺乏深入交流与沟通。3.医疗费用相对较高。提出以下对策与建议：1.政府应进一步加大边疆地区财政投入，不断完善农牧民医疗保障。2.医院应保证医患沟通时间，不断加强医务人员的少数民族语言沟通能力培训。3.媒体应正确引导舆论传播，树立更加良好的少数民族地区医务工作者和医疗部门的形象。

An Investigation of the Ethnic Minority Doctor-Patient Relations in Impoverished Areas in South Xinjiang

A special doctor-patient relation has been formed in impoverished areas in south Xinjiang due to the unique social, economic and cultural backgrounds, historical traditions, and ethnic features. This paper implemented a questionnaire to a triple A hospital in Urumqi, and the result showed that （1） some doctors of ethnic Han group do not have a comprehensive understanding of the language, culture, traditional customs and religious beliefs of the ethnic minority groups; （2） a deep communication and exchange is lacking between the doctor and the patient; and （3） medical expenses are relatively high. This paper accordingly proposed that （1） the government increase financial investment in frontier areas to keep improving medical guarantee; （2） the hospital ensure the communication time span between the doctor and the patient and keep improving the ethnic minority language proficiency of the doctors and nurses; and （3） the media organs properly guide the public opinion to establish a better image of the doctors, nurses and medical department.
