电子商务环境下信任机制的建立方法

摘    要:随着互联网和电子商务的快速发展,当前中国电子商务环境下的信任问题越来越突出,严重阻碍了电子商务的健康发展。通过对电子商务信任问题进行系统的剖析,信任评估体系不合理、交易过程监管机制不完善和相关法律不健全是引起电子商务信任问题的主要原因。合理的应对方法是:应该在信任评估体系引入能真实反映诚信状态的新模型;健全政府和金融管理机构参与的多方监管机制,促进诚信制度的形成;进一步完善电子商务法律体系,保障电子商务诚信的发展。以解决我国当前电子商务环境下存在的信任问题。

Abstract:With the rapid development of electronic commerce,trust problem is more and more outstanding in the current China's e-commerce environment,and seriously hinders the healthy development of e-commerce.The main reasons of trust problems are that trust assessment system is not reasonable and the regulatory system of transaction process and related law are imperfect through the systematical analysis.Therefore,the new models of real integrity state should be introduced into the trust assessment system.The regulatory mechanisms that government and financial management institutions are involved in must be perfected to promote the formation of the trust system.The e-commerce legal system that guarantees the development of e-commerce trust is to be further improved.In such ways,the current trust problems in e-commerce environment can be solved.
