| 摘 要： | 针对近年来辽宁省作为外资“北上”的热点地区之一，利用外资的规模和速度增长较快的现状，在介绍辽宁省利用外资概况的基础上，重点分析辽宁省利用外商直接投资的绩效，主要表现在资本形成、经济增长、就业和贸易扩大等几个方面，并提出了提高辽宁省利用外商直接投资绩效的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,as one of the hot areas of the northward flow of foreign direct investment(FDI),Liaoning Province sees the fast increase of the scale and speed of FDI.On overviewing the general situation of FDI in the Province,analysis focuses on the performances of FDI,mainly in terms of capital formation,economic growth,employment,and trade expansion.The countermeasures are brought forward of improving the performances of FDI in Liaoning Province. |
