师生关系是学校教育过程中最基本的人际关系。师生关系无时无刻不影响着教育的过程和结果,凡是缺乏教师关爱的地方,学生的品德智慧都不能充分、自由的发展。师生之间只有建立融洽和谐的关系,才能取得最佳的教育效果。高职院校要根据社会发展要求和高职院校学生的特点,正确理解和谐师生关系的内涵、标准和构建和谐师生关系的意义,树立以人为本的教育管理理念,充分尊重学生主体地位,构建一种新型的师生关系,提高高职教育的水平,促进高职教育的发展。

Constructing Harmonious Student-Teacher Relationship and Promoting Vocational Education Quality

Student - teacher relationship proves the basic interpersonal relationship in college education, which incessantly affect the process and outcome of education. Wherever lacking teachers＇ concerning, students＇ virtue or wisdom could not develop sufficiently and freely. Only by establishing harmonious student - teacher relationship could obtain optimum educational effect. Vocational colleges should correctly interpret connotation standard and significance of harmonious student- teacher relationship, establishing man -oriented educational concept , respecting students＇ major status via establishing new style relationship to promote development of vocational education and improve vocational education level.
