| 摘 要： | 20年代初联省自治思潮和运动是清末民初联邦思想潜滋暗长的结果.联邦思想是清末部分资产阶级人士为将来建立资产阶级政权而在国家结构问题上所作的构想.作为专制主义中央集权的对立物,联邦思想在当时具备一定的进步意义.

| Abstract: | The trend of thoughts and campaign for provinces to become self governed and united came from the gradual, hidden growth of federation thoughts in the late Qin dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China. Federation thoughts are conceptions of some bourgeoisie in the late Qin dynasty concerning the state structure of future capitalist regime. As opposite to centralized autocracy, federation thoughts are of certain progressive significance at that time. |
