试论三种逻辑关系——以形式与内容关系为视角

传统形式逻辑、康德先验逻辑和思辨逻辑都研究思维形式,它们都是广义的形式逻辑。但前二者由于所研究的思维形式与思维内容没有真正统一起来,它们所研究的思维形式就不是真正的思维形式,因而它们不是真正的形式逻辑。思辨逻辑所研究的思维形式与思维内容是真正统一的,因而它所研究的思维形式是真正的思维形式,从而思辨逻辑是真正的形式逻辑。讨论了这三种逻辑对传统形式逻辑矛盾律的态度,进一步认清了这三种逻辑之间的关系。

Discussing the Relationship between Three Logics:as the View of the Relationship between Form and Content

The traditional formal logic, the Kant?s transcendental logic and speculative logic all study the thought forms. All of them are the generalized formal logic. Because the thought forms and the thought contents have not been truly unified in the first two kinds of logic, the thought forms are not the true thought forms. Thus the first two kinds of logic are not the true formal logic. As the thought form and the thought content have been truly unified in speculative logic, the thought form is the true thought form. Thus speculative logic is the true formal logic. The article also discusses the attitude of the three kinds of logic on the law of non-contradiction of traditional formal laws, which further clarifies the relationship between the three kinds of logic.
