俄罗斯移民及国家政策

苏联解体后,移民问题不仅在俄罗斯出现,而且在独联体其他国家也都成为深刻的社会问题。现代民族主义的抬头是俄罗斯移民形成的主要原因。独联体国家间相互的移民数量庞大,仅次于华侨数。尽管如此,现在以俄罗斯为中心的独联体国家的执政者们在政策上并不关心俄罗斯移民问题,而只热衷于强化自身及自身所属国家的影响力。随着全球化和地域化的同时形成,社会统合成为核心问题,解决移民问题的重要性日益凸现。

Russian Diaspora and National Policy

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union,the problem of diaspora is not only in Russia but also has become a profound social problem in other Commonwealth of Independence States(CIS) countries.The rise of modern nationalism is the main reason for the formation of Russian diaspora.The large number of the diaspora among CIS countries is second only to the number of overseas Chinese.However,rulers of the CIS countries which are now in the center of Russia,are not concerned about Russia’s policy on diaspora,but only interested in strengthening themselves and their countries’ influence.As the formation of globalization and regionalization simultaneously,social integration is the core issues and the importance of the diaspora issues is becoming increasingly conspicuous.
