| 摘 要： | 辛亥革命使中国政治现代化和政治发展的大门真正开启,北洋军阀及其政府曾成为中华民国政府的主导力量;在政治权威合理化、政治结构和功能的分化及政治参与扩大等政治现代化重要标志方面,它们不仅没有有力地促进中国政治现代化的发展,相反导致并加剧中国政治衰朽。

| Abstract: | XinHai revolution open the door of Chinese political modernization and political development,BeiYang Warlord and BeiYang government was main political groups in Chinese Demography Republic.However,BeiYang Warlord not only promote greatly the development of Chinese political modernization in some important aspects symboling political modernization,such as political authority rationalization,breaking up of political structure and function,and extending of political participation.On the contrary,BeiYang Warlord led and aggravated Chinese political decay. |
