| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程加快,大量农用土地变为非农用地,依附于土地之上的农民失去土地,陷于失地、失业的境地.其中的女性失地者更是面临着就业难的困境,自身的经济独立和人格独立难以实现,成为新的弱势群体.常州失地女性自身人力资本不高和就业层次低,在城市化的大背景下失地女性实现非农就业十分迫切;要从宏观政策和微观操作两个层面着手来提高失地女性非农就业的实效性.
