| 摘 要： | 由政府主导的西部大开发战略取得了明显的成效,但也面临一些急待解决的问题,进一步推进西部大开发战略需要市场化的思路。人民币汇率改革在对沿海出口导向产业带来一定负面影响的同时,如果能够按照雁行经济发展模式形成合理的产业转移,将极大地促进西部乃至全国社会经济的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The West Development led by the government has achieved obvious success while there are still some problems urgently needed to be solved.The RMB exchange rate reform has brought up some negative effects on export-oriented industry in coastal cities.However,if industry could be shifted ra- tionally according to the"Geese Flying Pattern",it will greatly promote the comprehensive development in the west region and the whole country. |
