| Abstract: | Jiangzemin's inspiring thoughts is an important part of his administrative theory. It takes the inspiring thoughts of Marxism as its theoretical basis, bringing the subjective initiative and creativity of the people into full play as its logical starting point, respecting and meeting the proper benefits of the masses and representing their essential benefits as its basic starting point, attaching much importance to knowledge and talents as its key contents, giving priority to efficiency and not ignoring fairness as its basic principle, taking spiritual inspiration and ideal education as its important means. |
