农业高科技示范园的效应探讨

近几年来,随着农业产业结构的不断调整和农业高新技术的飞速发展,各地相继兴办了一批农业高科技示范园,这些示范园的开发建设对于转变农业增长方式,优化农业产业结构,推进科技兴农,改变产品质量,提升农产品的市场化水平,提高综合效益,缩小城乡差别和实行城乡一体化,起到了积极的示范作用。本文针对国内外农业高科技示范园建立的情况,根据我们近三年的实践,分析了农业高科技示范园的背景和功能,探讨了农业高科技示范园的发展进程,研究了农业高科技示范园的地位与作用。

The Effect of Agricultural Advanced Science and Technology Demonstrative Park

Recent years, with the continual adjustment and rapid development of agricultural industrial structure, a group of agricultural advanced science and technology demonstrative parks were successively built up in some places. The exploitation and construction of these parks plays an important role in the following aspects: transferring the increase models of agriculture, optimizing agricultural industrial structure, pro-moting science and technology to flourish agriculture, changing product quality, lifting market Standard of agricultural products, increasing com-pressive effect, contracting differences between city and county, carrving out integration of city and county. In view of building conditions of agricultural advanced science and technology demonstrative parks of China and foreign countries, according to three years' practice, this paper ana-lyzes the background and function cf agricultural advanced science and technology demonstrative park, discusses its developmental procession, and studies its position and roles.
