| 摘 要： | 在未来 15年里 ,欧盟国家人口年龄结构将发生很大的变化 ,其中老年人口尤其高龄人口群 (80岁及以上 )比例增加较快。持续的低生育率和不断延长的人口预期寿命是加快人口老龄化进程的根本原因。人口老龄化带来一系列的社会经济影响 ,主要反映在劳动力资源及相关政策 ,老年福利制度 ,养老金制度 ,健康照料制度和移民政策等方面。

| Abstract: | Tradition of family for old-age care is still welcomed by society, families and individuals in China. Pare foundation of this tradition is kinship system. Under the system, each individual has their own obligations and trghts, such as to care and to be cared at old age. Numbers and types of relatives will not only increase the hands of care, but also will influence individuls potentially to recognize, accept and rely on this form of old-age care. Laws also have a function of supervising and promoting the continuity of the tradition. |
