| 摘 要： | 西部地区劳动力人口具有存量多、增量大、质量低等特点，使得该地区面临严峻的就业压力。劳动’密集型产业的就业高适性、应用普遍性等特点。为西部发展做出了重大贡献。发展劳动密集型产业．一方面为西部地区增加就业机会，缓解就业压力，另一方面为西部的发展积累资本。

| Abstract: | The labor in western region has the features of a large number and low quality,which makes the region face severe employment pressure.Labor-intensive industries have the characteristics of a high employment rate and universal,which makes greater contributions to the development of the western region.The development of labor-intensive industries in the western region is the essential way to increase the employment of surplus labor and ease employment pressure and accumulate capital for the development of the western region. |
