| 摘 要： | 社区知识权作为一种在生物与资源保护中有特殊且重要地位的权利，是一种共同所有权。随着世界各国不断扩大对生物多样性保护的研究范围，人们也增加了对这种的权利的合理性和有效性的关注，文章以剖析这种权利的权利本体、权利主体、权利客体、权利利用、权利保护等方面的自身特点，揭示这一权利的本质面貌。
