| Abstract: | College jounals are a combination of school education with propagative function of media.Editors must bepossessed of advanced propagative notion and media accomplishment in the course of distinguishing,selecting and processing papers,develop the advanced propagative notion of changing themselves from a checker to a propagator,and from one-way propagation to double-way interaction,and thus make a study-type editorial department of college jounal,on the basis of which their social and economic benefits could be maximized. |
