| Abstract: | Carry forward the transformation from the traditional planned economic system to socialist market economic system and the transformation of economic growth from extensive mode to intensive one. This is significant to the realization of the second strategic aim for the economic development of China and the further steps toward the third aim. It also lays a firm foundation for basically realizing modernization next century. |
