| Abstract: | The sustainable development requires not only human resources to be exploited and rearranged but also their behaviour to be in agreement with the needs of the sustainable development.This paper expounds how to accord with these needs,and contribute to the sustainable development,from the perspectives of the productioin and reproduction of labor force,the production and reproduction of material products,and the consumption behaviour of human resources. |
