| 摘 要： | 西部小城镇的生活垃圾污染问题突出,为了确保小城镇经济的可持续发展和区域生态环境保护,对小城镇的生活垃圾处理已经迫在眉睫。本文在对西部小城镇生活垃圾处理污染及处理系统现状调查的基础上,通过分析西部小城镇垃圾处理的基础条件、经济条件和技术条件等各种约束条件,提出适合西部小城镇实际情况的垃圾处理模式,认为区域性综合处理的垃圾处理模式能够更有效解决西部小城镇的生活垃圾处理问题。

| Abstract: | As the residential refuse pollution problem is increasingly serious in the small towns of west China,it's very urgent to treat the residential refuse for the sustainable development of society and economy and regional ecology environment protection.The paper analyzes the basic conditions and infrastructure,economy development,pollution control technologies and some other restraint conditions in the small towns of west China.And the refuse treatment modes are compared and determined for west China's small towns.The regional comprehensive treatment is the more effective and efficient mode to solve the residential refuse problem in the small towns of west China. |
